The state’s Bureau of Information and Telecommunications (BIT) is collecting and compiling data on the availability and use of broadband services throughout South Dakota. In order to complete this major undertaking, the state is asking all citizens to take an online speed test. This data is then collected, analyzed and used to increase broadband access to underserved areas.
From live auctions to emergency assistance, broadband is making a difference throughout South Dakota.
My boys and I will receive a home in Canton late this fall. I am truly blessed not only to receive a home to provide a better place for my boys to grow up, but to be a part of such an incredible experience!
SDN Communications takes pride in helping local causes, especially when it can help benefit an SDN employee. At SDN’s annual customer golf event on July 14th, tournament participants raised money for Habitat for Humanity by making donations to play games- like cut the distance, one-putt, putting contest and aim game- throughout the course.
SDN Communications gifted two iPads to teachers at Cleveland Elementary through a competitive grant by the Sioux Falls School District's Education Foundation.
