Tom Durfee
Director - Strategic Initiatives
Tom Durfee joined SDN in 2002 and now serves as Director of Strategic Initiatives. In this role, Tom leads the Broadband Technologies Opportunities Program (BTOP), a $25 million stimulus grant project. Prior to joining SDN, he traveled the world for a Texas satellite telecom company where he did project management, design, and engineering work. The Highmore native is glad to be back home in South Dakota where he and his wife can play an active role in Boy Scouts and coaching sports for their three sons.
