As Vice President of Network Engineering, Mitch Elfstrand oversees the day-to-day development and growth of SDN's network, Network Operations, Outside Plant Engineering and Land and Buildings. Two of his greatest responsibilities were developing South Dakota's high-speed Research Education and Economic Development (REED) Network and organizing the building of SDN's Data Center/Co-Location Facility, located on the edge of Sioux Falls, SD.
