Amy Preator
Director of Human Resources
As Director of Human Resources, Amy Preator manages employee benefits and compensation, maintains consistency among policies and procedures, and oversees recruitment, hiring and employee development and training. Prior to joining SDN, Amy served as Director of HR at Orion Food Systems. She has years of human resources experience in various industries, including a stint at a coal mine outside of Gillette, Wyoming.
In her “free” time, Amy can be seen rushing from kids’ activities, like dance, basketball, volleyball, Girls on the Run, 4H, band, church, swimming and more. She also manages to make time for running, water activities, traveling and spending time with family. She and her husband Fred have two daughters and a one-year-old Bernese mountain dog.
