Cassie Baldwin
Contact Center Manager
Cassie Baldwin has been an integral part of SDN’s staff for almost seven years. In addition to helping establish the Network Surveillance Center (NSC) in 2005, Cassie supervises its staff of 14 employees that monitor SDN’s and customers’ networks 24x7x365. She also develops processes and procedures to help meet and exceed regulatory compliance requirements for industries such as government, healthcare, and banking. Prior to joining SDN, Cassie worked as a manager for Gateway. The focus on customer service she implemented there helps her provide outstanding service for SDN’s customers.
Cassie is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in business administration, specializing in human resources. Even with this busy schedule, Cassie still finds time to volunteer. She serves as a division chair for the Sioux Empire United Way where her team was tasked with raising $1 million for the organization. She also gives seminars that provide tips and tricks for job seekers through the South Dakota Department of Labor.
Cassie is an avid Chicago Bears fan and a music buff. She lives in Sioux Falls with her husband Brad and dog Harley.
